Ty report was very detailed and thorough. We are very impressed and pleased with the quality of his work. We highly recommend him for house inspection.
Thorough process and useful feedback given my current situation by Josh. Feel confident to complete works as agreed referencing the report provided.
Excellent and comprehensive report; he picked up that the builder had not, in fact, remedied a previously found defect - bonus points! Very grateful.

No. A defect report is for you and the builder. If the matter goes to the BPC dispute service or VCAT you need an expert witness report written to the VCAT practice note.
